You're not falling all the time. You might not even think of yourself as having a balance problem.
But something has changed. Maybe it's the pause before you step off a curb. The hand you reach for on the stairs. The way you scan a room for something to hold when the floor feels uneven.
You don't want to stop traveling. Hiking. Keeping up with family.
Saying yes to things.
You just want to feel solid again and you want to know there's a way to get there.
What You'll Learn
Why balance changes often show up as hesitation long before a fallÂ
and why waiting until you fall is too late.
How the Balance Movement Systems framework actually works progressions, support, and clean movement that build the skill safely.
How to find your actual balance level right now instead of guessing, comparing yourself
to others, or working blind.
One full progression, live, that you can start
using the same day to begin rebuilding
balance on your terms.
We'll Also Bust These Four Myths
Balance loss is just part of getting older and there's nothing you can do.
Balance training means wobbling on one leg or standing on unstable surfaces
You should measure your balance by comparing yourself to others your age.
If I haven't fallen,
my balance is fine.
A message from Scott
In 2015, I woke up and his balance was gone, overnight. IÂ was told it would remain significantly impaired. He didn't accept that.
With over a decade of experience studying bodies through massage, bodywork, movement, and recovery, I started studying balance the same way: practically, carefully, through direct experience.
What I found was that most balance advice was too vague. It told people to "work on balance" but never gave them a clear way to know where they were, what to train, or how to progress safely.
That work became Balance Movement Systems. This webinar is the framework I wish I was given and the one I now use to help people rebuild balance, confidence, and access to the life they want to keep living.
This training is for you if you're roughly 50–80, active,
and serious about staying that way.
You like to travel. Walk through cities. Hike. Keep up with the people you love. You want to keep saying yes and you don't want balance to be the thing that stops you.
You're not looking for random exercises. You want a system you can understand and trust.
